If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us indicating the reason for the return and stating your e-mail proof of purchase.
Willi must be notified of the product issue with 7 days of the delivery date.
It must be unworn and in its original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging).
Willi agrees to replace any product that is deemed to be a manufacturing fault or distribution mistake by us.
Willi can’t always guarantee availability of the products you would like to exchange. In this instance a Willi customer service representative will assist you in finding an alternative style. If you are unable to find an alternative style a credit note will be issued to be used in a 12 month period.
Returned Willi products that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer. Additional postage and handling charges may apply.
Please refer closely to the sizing chart of all Willi products to match the size most perfect for you.
If the wrong size is ordered by you and you require an exchange, additional postage and handling charges will apply.
If returning an item that was purchased on our website, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure it is returned to us by the most reliable and preferred method of postage (registered post).
Please note that Willi products purchased from other retailers, including department stores and specialty stores must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
Postage and Delivery
Postage / Delivery charges Australia and International:
Domestic orders within Australia will take 5 - 7 business days to be delivered to the buyer.
International orders may take up to 10 – 12 business days to be delivered to the buyer.
Postage and delivery times are approximate and do not include processing time.
All postage (domestic and international) is sent via registered post.
Registered post for both domestic and international have a parcel number; however, you are not able to view the status of the delivery. Please allow the given delivery time, take in to consideration the possibility of custom clearance delays occurring within your country. If you have considered the above time delays and still haven’t received your purchased items, please contact us.
Prices do not include any duties or custom fees that may be assessed for international orders.
Postage and Handling charges are displayed during the Pay Pal transaction process and are based on a standard flat rate for international orders per pair and a standard flat rate for domestic orders under $49.99.
Free registered post anywhere in Australia on orders $50 and over (all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars).
Within Australia – Orders $0 - $49.99 = Standard flat $9.90 AUD
– Orders $50 and over = FREE POSTAGE
Rest of the World – Standard flat rate $18.00 AUD per item
